We provide all on-going training and every person we employ has to complete an initial 3 day induction training programme. You will be paid in arrears every Friday for a Timesheet handed by Monday before 5pm
We provide the mandatory and skills for care training courses e.g. Moving and Handling, First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Fire Safety. All of these can be completed during your induction period, except Moving and Handling which must be completed before working for Promises of Care. If you have already completed these courses and can produce a valid certificate you will be exempt.
